All of Peter's Decca albums and singles together for the first time in one collection. Whilst two albums were (briefly) available on CD in the early 1990's most of Peter's Decca recordings were scattered across a myriad of compilations.
This CD set includes all three Decca LP's, Non LP Singles and tracks first issued on the Compilation "Hold On To Love" in 1975, which includes a remix of "And So It Passes" never issued on CD Before. The set also includes an unreleased song left off the "Not Without A Friend" LP at the last moment and re-discovered during the making of this compilation.
All recordings are newly remastered from the original master tapes by engineer Richard Moore.
The booklet includes previously unpublished details about the recording sessions, including locations and dates, along with photos of tape boxes and picture sleeves.
All profits from the sale of this set go towards the creation of further Skellern CD sets.
Superb release
"What a wonderfully presented set. You can tell much care has been taken to produce this realease, and the sound quality couldn't be better. Well done Richard, and thank you Peter for the music. I've had a Peter Skellern day and listened to both CD sets today and now feel very relaxed!"

Brilliant collection from a major talent
"It's so great to have an excellent sounding and well annotated collection of Peter Skellern's work. Great song-writing, brilliant recordings and arrangements all delivered in his unique and intimate voice. The term underrated is thrown around a lot, but I can t think of anyone to whom it better applies than Peter Skellern. Clever, moving and beautiful songs that are truly classic and timeless."

At last, Peter Skellern's Decca LPs released and at a bargain price.
"Up to now, except for the odd compilation or limited release, Peter Skellern's back catalogue has not been generally available. This magnificent sounding 3CD set puts that right and illustrates the diversity of his talent. From songs of love gone wrong to love going right, styles ranging from singer songwriter, rock, soft soul to even music hall, production encompassing orchestral arrangements, brass bands to sparse accompaniment ...after you have listened you will wonder why all his Decca LPs have never enjoyed a full re-release before. There are a few bonafide classics on here...'My Lonely Room', 'Hymn Song', 'Still Magic', 'Roll Away' 'Too Much, I'm In Love' 'And So It Passes' and 'Our Jackie's Getting Married' as well as the well known 'You're A Lady', 'Hold On To Love' etc...all awaiting discovery by an audience that has never had chance to hear them or in my case replacing worn out vinyl copies. A steal at the asking price."

Peter Skellern the complete Decca recordings
"Simply superb, heartfelt thanks to all who have made this compilation possible. Having followed his music since the 1970 s it s a delight to have cds instead of now tired LPs. His warmth and wit shine through, creativity that deserves to be heard by new generations, I hope that this is the start of more cd releases to come. God bless you Peter, may you rest in peace and rise with us in glory."

Peter Skellern at his best. Superb sound reproduction.
"We are so pleased to have helped get this project off the ground. The 3 disc set is well presented and the sound is superb. The booklet is well written. Were we to be marooned on a desert island this would be a must-have! Thank you Richard Moore for all you've done to get this excellent set produced. Please try to get the non Decca recordings published."

Peter Skellern The Complete Decca Recordings
"I was disappointed that on some tracks the background completely drowns out Peters voice which is a shame."
